BMTK received the ISO 10002 certificate
Baku Modern Educational Complex achieved another ISO certificate.
Certificates on the international standards "ISO 10002:2018 - "Quality management - Customer-citizen satisfaction - Guidelines for handling complaints in organizations" were presented to UNSC.
With this, the number of ISO certificates received by UNSC became 2. Before that, BMTK obtained the certificate of ISO 9001:2015 ("Quality management systems. Requirements") international standards.
