Requirements
Required Documents

Prepare the following documents when applying for admission. All documents can be uploaded online.

  • Original and photocopies of the identification documents of both parents and the child (if the child does not have an ID card, a notarized copy of the birth certificate must be provided)
  • Proof of residence for the parents (if the residential address matches the registered address, a notarized copy of the parent's ID card may be submitted instead)
  • A medical certificate regarding the child's health (Form 26U or Medical Record Card) and a psychological assessment report
  • Two (2) recent passport-size photographs (3 × 4 cm)
  • The student's academic file (personal record) from the previous school for applicants enrolling in Grades 2–11

Bus Service

We care about the comfort and safety of every student! Our school bus service operates within the city and outside the city, ensuring convenient transportation for children to and from school.

For families who need extra flexibility, we offer a one-way service — for example, in the morning the child arrives by school bus, and in the evening they are picked up by parents. Everything is maximally convenient and adapted to your daily schedule!

Online Registration

The school website has an "Admission" section with online enrollment for school and a separate registration for kindergarten, as well as admission rules and procedures. You can find it at: bmtk.edu.az

The admissions committee starts working in April for Grade 1 enrollment. Children are required to take a psychological test with a school specialist.

Is school transportation available?
Yes, school transportation services are available throughout all districts of Baku, ensuring that students travel to and from school safely and punctually. Each school bus is accompanied by a designated staff member responsible for supervising students and ensuring their safety throughout the journey.
What are the school hours?
The school day begins at 9:00 AM and concludes at 5:00 PM. During the day, students participate in a comprehensive educational program that includes academic classes, balanced meals, supervised homework sessions, extracurricular clubs, sports activities, and enrichment programs.
What is the maximum class size?
The maximum class size is 20 students. This allows for an individualized approach to learning, greater classroom engagement, and effective interaction between students and teachers.
Are meals provided at school?
Yes, the school has its own cafeteria, which provides students with three nutritious meals each day. The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch (consisting of soup and a main course), and a healthy snack. All meals are prepared on-site in accordance with hygiene standards and nutritional requirements for children.
What language sectors and academic programs are offered?
Our educational complex offers three language sectors: the Azerbaijani and Russian sectors follow the national curriculum of the Republic of Azerbaijan; the English sector offers internationally recognized Cambridge and International Baccalaureate (IB) programs, providing students with an education that meets global academic standards.
