The Main Campus of Baku Modern Educational Complex is located at 218 Aliyar Aliyev Street, Narimanov District, Baku, Azerbaijan. It serves as the central academic and administrative hub of the school, bringing together all key departments and administrative offices under one roof. Students from Grades 1–8 in the Azerbaijani and Russian sectors study at this campus. Designed to provide a modern and supportive learning environment, the campus offers well-equipped classrooms, comprehensive academic resources, and a wide range of student support services that foster both academic achievement and personal development.

The International Campus of Baku Modern Educational Complex provides a world-class educational experience in a dynamic, inclusive, and multicultural environment. Home to the school's international programmes, the campus delivers the Cambridge International Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP), equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and global perspective needed for admission to leading universities worldwide. All classes are taught entirely in English, offering students a fully immersive learning experience while strengthening their academic proficiency and communication skills. The High School Campus of Baku Modern Educational Complex provides a dynamic and supportive learning environment for students in Grades 9–11 from the Azerbaijani and Russian sectors. Following the national curriculum of Azerbaijan, the campus equips students with a strong academic foundation while preparing them for higher education and future career opportunities.
