SAT Registration

Candidates must register independently through the official College Board website:

To register for the SAT at Baku Modern Educational Complex:

1. Create a College Board account or sign in to an existing account.
2. Select the preferred SAT examination date.
3. Choose Azerbaijan as the country and Baku as the city.
4. Search for Baku Modern Edu Complex Intl Sch.
5. Alternatively, search using SAT Test Center Code 56498.

7. Select the test center, complete the required information, upload an appropriate photograph, and make the online payment.

Digital SAT and Bluebook Setup

The SAT is administered digitally through the Bluebook testing application. Before the examination, candidates must download Bluebook on a compatible laptop or tablet and sign in using their College Board account.

Between one and five days before the examination, candidates must open Bluebook on the device they will use on test day and complete the required exam setup. Once the setup is completed, Bluebook will generate the candidate’s SAT admission ticket.

Candidates should carefully check their admission ticket for:

• The SAT examination date;
• The test-center name and address;
• The required arrival time;
• Their personal information;
• Important test-day instructions.

Candidates are also advised to reopen Bluebook on the morning of the examination to check for any last-minute messages or updates.

What to Bring on SAT Test Day

Candidates must arrive at Baku Modern Educational Complex by the reporting time stated on their admission ticket.

Required Items

Each candidate must bring:

• A valid, original physical photo ID or passport;
• An up-to-date printed or electronic SAT admission ticket;
• A fully charged compatible laptop or tablet;
• The Bluebook application with exam setup completed;
• A pen or pencil for scratch work;
• Their College Board username and password.

The candidate’s name on the identification document must match the name shown on the admission ticket. Photographs, scanned copies, photocopies, or electronic copies of identification documents are not accepted.

Recommended Items

Candidates are also advised to bring:

• A charging cable, power adapter, or portable charger;
• An approved calculator, although Bluebook includes a built-in calculator;
• Water and a snack for the scheduled break.

Scratch paper will be provided by the test center. Candidates are responsible for ensuring that their device meets the current College Board technical requirements and can remain powered throughout the examination.

The Fibonacci International Olympiad allows students to demonstrate their academic knowledge, logical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in different subjects and age categories.
