Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

Design and develop comprehensive and innovative curricula for elective art, music, and drama courses. Incorporate a range of teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and interests. Foster creativity, artistic expression, and musical appreciation among students.

Classroom Instruction:

Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in art, music, and drama that inspire student interest and participation. Provide instruction in various artistic techniques, musical skills, and dramatic performance methods. Establish a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves. Implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate students' artistic and musical development. Encourage collaboration, critical thinking, and self-expression through creative projects and performances.

Extracurricular Activities:

Coordinate and oversee extracurricular art, music, and drama activities, such as clubs, ensembles, and performances. Support student participation in local and international artistic and musical events and competitions. Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages student exploration and talent development. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate results to students, parents, and school administration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Fine Arts, Music, Drama, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Relevant teaching certification or licensure. Proven experience teaching art, music, and drama courses. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
