February 26 marks the anniversary of the Khojaly Genocide, one of the most tragic pages in Azerbaijan’s history. On February 26, 1992, a massacre against civilians in the city of Khojaly claimed the lives of hundreds of people, devastated families and constituted a grave crime against humanity.

Baku Modern Education Complex respectfully commemorates the victims of the Khojaly Genocide and emphasizes that passing on this painful truth of our history to future generations and preserving it in collective memory is a responsibility shared by us all.
