Baku Modern Education Complex hosted the Fibonacci International Robot Olympiad for the second time at the Baku Sports Palace. The event attracted significant interest in science, technology and innovation, bringing together professors from renowned universities, as well as school and university students from Azerbaijan and other countries.

Professors from University College London, the University of Toronto, the University of Bologna, the University of Edinburgh, Lazarski University and leading universities in Türkiye attended as guests. They evaluated young participants’ projects and shared their views on emerging trends in technology.

Students from public and private schools and universities competed in various robotics categories, demonstrating their engineering and programming skills. Participants also presented innovative ideas as part of the ITECX College Congress project presentations.

Hosting the Fibonacci International Robot Olympiad in Baku once again highlighted Azerbaijan’s role as a platform for international cooperation in innovation and technology, while providing young researchers and engineers with opportunities to present their ideas and connect with the global scientific community.
